Digital Download Policy

All digital download sales are final. When purchasing a digital product, you’ll be sent a download link to the email provided, in addition to a receipt email. The link expires 24 hours after the purchase, so be sure to check your email after checkout.

Workshop Refund Policy

All sales are final. If you are unable to make it to the workshop you may either:

• Transfer your ticket to another person to attend in your place, or…

• Transfer your ticket to another workshop within 60 days. In order to do this, you will need to contact LeAnn at leann@silvertoothhome.com at least 24 hours prior to the workshop you are cancelling or ticket transfer is forfeited.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to unexpected circumstances, such as extreme weather or illness. If you are not to attend the rescheduled workshop, you will be given a credit for the full ticket value to use within 60 days for another workshop.

Age Requirement for Workshops

Children are welcome to attend our workshops with the following requirements:

1. Children must be over 8 years old to purchase a ticket and participate.

2. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

3. There must be one ticket adult per two attending children.

4. Our workshops are geared towards adults. Guardians of attending children must be prepared to supply additional age-appropriate instructions to the child in attendance.

Do you offer private workshops?

Yes! Please email LeAnn at leann@silvertoothhome.com for more information about private workshops. Silvertooth Home provides all supplies and instruction for the workshop. Location, snacks and drinks are provided by the hosts. Sufficient space is necessary for wreath and arrangement workshops (2 participants per 6” table). Prices vary, but are similar per person to those listed for scheduled public workshops. Minimums apply.
